Engine Software, the oldest video game developer in the Netherlands, is actively hiring to strengthen our team of engineers. We are looking to expand our team of Unity programmers with an experienced level applicant! Qualifications required and preferred are as follows:

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years unity programming experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Excellent C# coding knowledge and proven experience with Unity
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to write clear, maintainable, portable code that conforms to standards and practices
  • Eagerness to learn and take guidance from more experienced staff, and provide guidance to less experienced staff
  • Solid oral and written communication skills (Dutch/English)

Preferred Skills 

  • Video game programming experience a bug plus
  • Previous work includes shipped video games a big plus
  • Experience with Version Control software and bug trackers a plus
  • Experience in or knowledge of C++ a bonus
