To take ownership of a feature’s design, acting as a partner in creative lead’s vision;
To validate the design by rapidly prototyping mechanics in working software;
To iterate on the prototype in search of a high-quality user experience;
To assist the design lead in the planning of tasks, and managing the output junior team members;
To contribute toward the project’s knowledge base and improve the tools and workflow.



UE4 BP Mastery (or similar visual scripting competency)
Basic 3d modelling skills and an ability to mockup VFX and AFX
Clear, concise, communication; in English, both written and verbal
At least 2 complete development cycles, on character action console/PC titles
Owned a feature’s design throughout development, from concept to product
Have mentored one or more junior team member in their development and output
Ideally have experience of development for VR



You are passionate about game design and you love to create new things;

You have a very good knowledge of English, both oral and written;
