Overview

ImproVive is a Virtual Reality agency based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. We want to expand our team with an experienced Unity3D programmer with a passion for VR. Your role will be to help set up the core code for our projects and help explore ways to expand our hands-on VR experiences.

Requirements

We are looking for a medior software engineer, that can work on location in Amersfoort.

Our requirements for an applicant are:

  • Currently based in the Netherlands
  • 3 years experience with Unity 3D and C#
  • 2+ years working experience is a plus
  • Applied University (HBO)  degree or equivalent skill level
  • Passion for VR and you have worked with VR before
  • Feeling for game design
  • Able to work on multiple projects in the same period
  • Interest in applied games and artistic games
  • Interest in multiplayer, experience with multiplayer is a plus
  • Portfolio of relevant projects
  • Can speak English and preferably also Dutch

  • Setting up application architecture

  • Connectivity or integrate third party sdk’s
  • Working with both standalone and PC based headsets: Quest 2, Pico Neo 3, Vive Pro and others

About ImproVive

ImproVive’s focus is on VR experiences and applied games. We have been working on VR for the past 6 years. Our applications are all about interaction and storytelling. We look to push the edge of the possible in our artistic research, as well as in our client projects, creating both single player as well as multiplayer VR applications. We have delivered solutions for training, marketing, social welfare, arts and dance.
