Senior Producer

Overview

For an exciting yet-to-be-announced project we are looking to hire a Senior Producer!

Ronimo Games is looking for a qualified Senior Producer to join us shortly. You’ll aid us in continuing the development of our future projects.

Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion for games, game development, creating order out of chaos, and has at least 5 years of experience in the role of game producer. We’re looking for someone that  is both an effective project manager and communicator as well as an empathetic team player. As a Producer you will be an integral part of the development team. Your responsibility includes project planning,  tracking progress, and internal and external communication.

As a Senior Producer, your tasks and responsibilities are:

Making sure projects run smoothly from concept through post-release;
Manage our multidisciplinary team of artists, designers and programmers, as well as coordinate with external partners;
Maintaining high level project planning and tracking project progress;
Efficient scheduling and running of meetings, assessing all prior requirements and ensuring goals are clear and followed up on;
Contributing ideas to improve studio practices;
Identify any risks or bottlenecks in our production process and deal with them pro-actively;
Manage things like functional testing, feedback testing and localization;
Being an external contact point for relevant stakeholders on our projects, like the publisher or platform holder(s).

 

We’d like to hear from you if you:

Are passionate about playing games and working on games;
Have 5 years or more of experience in games as a Producer;
Have experienced all stages of game development from concept to release as a Producer, published at least one entertainment game for PC or console with a development time longer than a year;
Are an effective communicator and team player;
Have top notch analytical and organizational skills and the ability to think big picture;
Are knowledgeable/opinionated on production frameworks like SCRUM/Agile/Waterfall/Kanban etc.;
Can be described as independent, solution-driven & organised.

 

Our preferred skills: 

Has a good sense of humour;
Has experience with games-as-a-service-type projects.

This is a 60%-100% position (24-40 hours per week). Due to the current pandemic this position will likely start out with working remotely, but as soon as it’s possible again most tasks will take place in our office in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
